Rosa 'Minerva' (registered cultivar name: VISancar) is a modern, award-winning Floribunda Rose bred by Martin Vissers in Belgium (2004) and introduced in 2010. It is highly coveted by gardeners for its rare, dramatic, deep purple coloring and its extraordinarily powerful, sweet old-rose perfume.
